Payments

  1. Payment Methods we accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  2. There are also financing options and giftcard method.
  3. Credit and debit cards are subject to address verification by your financial institution.
  4. If you have an error message after submitting your credit card information, please check to make sure that following information are correct :
    • Billing address with your card issuer
    • Card number
    • Card type
    • Card expiration date
  5. If you are still experiencing problems, please call your card issuing bank for details. We remind you that if you shop at Titanchair.com, your information is safe and secure.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Please keep your original packaging for 30 days in case you choose to change your mind.
  2. Any returns within 30 days of purchase for whatever reason, shipping costs outbound and inbound will be paid by the customer. For all returning merchandise, you must have RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) authorized by us.
  3. Customers will be responsible for both, the original delivery and the return shipping charges.
    * This applies to cancellations if the order has been shipped
  4. The product being returned must have all the original packaging and be in new resalable condition.
  5. All massage chairs can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
  6. TThe 30-day time frame for acceptance of returning merchandise starts from the delivery date of the product. No return of merchandise after this 30 day time window.
  7. In case of shipping damage from our company to the delivery address of the customer, replacement parts will be sent to the customer or a new unit based on a per case basis.
  8. For all items not under the Titan Brand, a restocking fee of 20% will be added for any returns within 30 days of purchase.

To prepare returns:

  1. Get your RMA number:

  3. You can also call us to expedite this process at 888-848-2630.
  4. Returning merchandise must have a copy of your invoice, and RMA written on the box of returning merchandise.
  5. Choose the shipping company of your choice for return or call us to get a designated shipping company. We can provide shipping documents (BOL), labels, and instructions.
  6. Call us back with the tracking number of the returning merchandise.
  7. Product/merchandise must be insured for the possibility of damage/getting lost.

Easy Returns

  1. Please call 1-888-848-2630 and explain the situation and get your RMA number on any item. If you send your return before contacting us without a RMA number, the return will be refused.
  2. Put the packing list and your RMA number inside of your package with the item(s) to return. Make sure to include all parts and data sent with the package.
  3. We can provide shipping documents (BOL), labels, and instructions. Customers will be responsible for both, the original delivery and the return shipping charges.
  4. Please follow the instructions to have your item returned back to us for a refund.

Massage Chairs

  1. For all massage chairs we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
  2. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facility.
  3. No refunds after 30 days.
  4. You will be charged for ALL delivery and shipping charges.
  5. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from our facility.
  6. All massage chair brands offer an exchange of a new unit if deemed unrepairable or defective by our service team to the point replacement is needed (within 30 days)
  7. After 30 days, all of our chair manufacturers offer warranty service.

Giftcard Policy

  1. Purchased Giftcard is not refundable.
  2. One giftcard order is made for one recepient.
  3. All giftcards are valid for 1 year from purchase date. Purchases made with valid giftcard number is not refundable. All other return policy applies to purchases made by giftcards.
  4. Giftcards are delivered through email only. It is customes' responsibility to put the correct receivers' email address. Once we send confirmation email to the receiver, changes cannot be made.
